Kenneth Hvelplund Pedersen

Kenneth Hvelplund Pedersen is an accomplished attorney and partner at Gorrissen Federspiel since June 2006, with extensive experience in the legal field. Pedersen served as a Foreign Associate at Holland & Knight LLP from July 2014 to January 2015 and has held various academic roles at the University of Copenhagen, including Associate Professor in European and International Commercial Law and instructor for BA-students. Pedersen also provided supervision and examination for BA-thesis projects. In addition to legal practice, Pedersen is a certified arbitrator, having completed the certification with the Association of Danish Law Firms in 2017. Pedersen earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen in 2009 and has pursued ongoing education at Vestbirk College of Music since 2004.
