Yas Akbatani

Yas Akbatani is an Attorney At Law at Gorrissen Federspiel since September 2016, providing legal advice to Danish and international clients on business law and corporate law, with a primary focus on M&A transactions, annual general meetings, and compliance matters including anti-corruption and CSR. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Attorney at Justitia, legal case management at Udlændingestyrelsen, and administrative positions at Kammeradvokaten and Amnesty International Denmark. Yas holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution and a summer course in Chinese Business Law from Peking University. Additionally, Yas has experience in event organization through a board membership at YATA Danmark.
