Tosca has also been involved in various other organizations such as Entrepreneurs’ Organization NL, SBT, and Evelp.nl where she focused on online training and coaching. Tosca's educational background includes a MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University and certifications in coaching and leadership training.
