Nichele Cihlar

Nichele Cihlar is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in training and wellness management. Currently serving as the Director of Training at GORUCK since September 2022, Nichele has also held various roles including Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Crossfit Coach at Namaste Fit since May 2014. Previous experience includes Director of Corporate Wellness at CSI Companies, where Nichele designed wellness facilities and programs that improved employee health and engagement. Nichele has a strong background in fitness center design and sales from positions at World Fit Equip and Venture Fitness Corporation, along with experience in corporate wellness management at Fidelity National Financial. Nichele possesses multiple fitness certifications and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida.
