Lee Williamson is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Gosh! Development Chef at Gosh! Food Ltd since April 2022, focusing on product innovation and collaboration with retailers. Previously, Lee held roles including Product Development Manager at All About Food Ltd, Food Consultant for Biotiful Dairy Ltd, and Owner of Willis’s Wholefoods, which specialized in vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
