Nicki Hurst is an accomplished professional in product development and process management with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as an NPD Innovation and Process Management consultant at Hurst Food Management and an Interim Product Developer at Vittles Foods Ltd, Nicki has previously held key roles such as NPD Controller and New Product Development Manager at Gosh!
