Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Goshen College is responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational oversight of the institution. Comprising key executives from various departments, including academic affairs, finance, marketing, student life, and institutional advancement, the team collaborates to enhance the college’s mission of fostering leadership in international education, sustainability, and social justice. They work collectively to ensure effective governance, resource allocation, and the implementation of policies that support the college's goals and community engagement.
