Jay Merry

Jay Merry is a seasoned revenue cycle professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as Revenue Cycle Administrator at Goshen Health since August 2022, Jay previously held the role of Director of Revenue Cycle at Union General Hospital, where oversight of revenue cycle operations for a three-facility system was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Workflow Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, Clinical Informatics Liaison/Implementation Project Manager at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Revenue Management Operations Manager at Piedmont Heart Institute, and Training/Quality Manager at Greenway Medical Technologies. Jay holds an MBA in Management and a BBA in Operations Management, both from the University of West Georgia.
