Tracy Marble Buller

Tracy Marble Buller is a Professional Development Specialist at Goshen Health since July 2021, focusing on designing and delivering educational and professional opportunities for colleagues. Previously, Tracy served as an Associate Professor at Goshen College from August 1994 to March 2022, gaining extensive experience in curriculum development, assessment delivery, and student mentorship, along with skills in communication and program evaluation within higher education. Additionally, Tracy was a Pastor at Silverwood Mennonite Church from March 2015 to February 2018, where responsibilities included crafting a role aligned with growth, improvement, and organizational values. Tracy holds an Executive Certificate in Change Leadership and Consulting from Georgetown University, a Master's in Public Health/Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Ball State University.
