Andro Vincent Sacamos

Andro Vincent Sacamos possesses extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Alorica since August 2015. In this role, Andro has successfully designed and led training programs aimed at enhancing team performance and productivity while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships to align training initiatives with organizational objectives. Prior to this position, Andro worked as a Sales Support Representative at Transcom from April 2014 to July 2015, where responsibilities included customer service, upselling services, and assisting the Customer Service Manager. Andro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Ateneo de Davao University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
