Raynaldo Roybal

Raynaldo Roybal has held significant leadership roles, including Director at PPLSI since July 1996, focusing on employee voluntary benefits, entrepreneurship, and private equity investing. Since 2006, Raynaldo has served as CEO of "P" lazy "R" Ranch & Cattle Company, specializing in natural resource management and livestock. Prior military service includes a Sergeant role in the US Air Force from January 1982 to 1988, where responsibilities involved upholding and defending the Constitution of the United States. Raynaldo's educational background includes multiple Associate degrees in Communication Technology from the University of Maryland, City College of Chicago, and Community College of the Air Force, complemented by a diploma from Albuquerque High School.
