Ernesto Oliveira has an extensive work experience in the printing industry. Ernesto started their career in 1976 as a Production Director for ZERO HORA EDITORA JORNALISTICA S.A, where they were responsible for managing the printing plants and pre-press areas of two newspapers. During their time there, they led the selection and purchase of equipment, as well as the construction and installation of a printing plant.
In 1988, Ernesto joined Goss International as a Regional Manager, where they managed sales of newspaper printing presses for Latin America. Ernesto provided customers and in-country agents with data and conducted technical presentations to increase sales volume. Ernesto held this position until 1997.
From 1997 to 2000, Ernesto served as a Sales Director for Goss International's Miami sales office, where they coordinated sales of newspapers and insert printing presses in Latin America. Ernesto was also responsible for the selection, training, and supervision of in-country agents.
In 2000, Ernesto was promoted to Vice President, Latin America Operations, where they led and managed Goss' Miami sales office. Ernesto was responsible for coordinating sales of newspapers, insert printing presses, aftermarket products, and spare parts in Latin America. Ernesto re-arranged and organized the agent network to align with market conditions and integrate customers into the sales process.
In 2009, Ernesto became the Vice President of Sales Latin America for Goss International. In this role, they led and managed sales on all Latin America territory for various printing presses and aftermarket products, with an average sales volume of US$45MM. Ernesto implemented and directed the Sales Office Organization in Brazil and supervised two Sales Directors and three Sales Managers.

Ernesto Oliveira pursued their education starting from 1971 to 1976 at the Pontificia Universidade Catolica - Porto Alegre, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following a gap, from 2003 to 2004, they attended the University of Miami to pursue a Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a focus on International Business.
