John Kempen

John Kempen serves as the Senior Vice President at Gossamer Bio, a position held since March 2018, previously occupying the role of Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Operations. Prior to this, John was the Director of Clinical Operations at Receptos, a subsidiary of Celgene, from August 2015 to March 2018, and held the same title at Ardea Biosciences from September 2011 to August 2015. John's career includes experience in clinical management at PPD from October 2007 to September 2011 and clinical operations at Allergan from October 2005 to September 2007. John Kempen holds a Master of Science in Drug Development and Product Management from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.
