Debora Lombardo

Debora Lombardo is currently a PhD student at the Institute of Neurosciences of the University of Barcelona, working on the ERC funded project "HumanSUBthreat," which focuses on the human subcortical pathway for auditory threat detection. Additionally, Debora serves as an English teacher and tutor at GoStudent, providing instruction in various subjects, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, and languages. Debora gained practical experience through internship positions at Ghent University and Universitat de Barcelona, conducting full-time experimental research as part of master's and bachelor's theses. Debora holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering, specializing in Neuroengineering and Neurotechnologies from Università degli Studi di Genova, and has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
