Mya Medina has extensive experience in educational operations and management, currently serving as the Regional Head of Customer and Tutor Operations and Special Projects Lead at GoStudent since August 2021. Mya has successfully driven operational strategies to achieve profitability goals while managing a team of over 70 employees. Previous roles include Managing Director & Head of Sales at Tutor House Ltd, where Mya focused on enhancing access to educational technology, and Editor in Chief at On-Trade Progress, providing industry insights. Mya's early career includes various tutoring and editorial positions, complemented by advanced degrees in Creative Writing and English and Drama from the University of Kent and Queen Mary University of London, respectively.
