Sunny Dhamija

Sunny Dhamija has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Sunny currently holds the position of VP Customer and Tutor Management at GoStudent since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP Customer Success at GoStudent from June 2021 to October 2023. Before joining GoStudent, Sunny worked as the Head of Business Sales SE at Drei Österreich from February 2020 to June 2021. Sunny also gained significant experience at Vodafone, where they held the roles of Director Telesales & Retention from October 2017 to December 2019 and Head of Campaign Management from January 2016 to September 2017. Sunny's earlier experience includes working at Tele2 as the Head of Retention from April 2013 to December 2015, Customer Lifecycle Analyst from August 2011 to March 2013, Retention Manager from October 2007 to August 2011, and Marketing Analyst in June 2009. Sunny began their career as a Business Development Manager (Internship) at Bridge Atlantik Ltd in March 2007 and worked as a Junior Consultant at JL Business Solutions from October 2006 to January 2007.

Sunny Dhamija completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued short-term studies at University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences in Product Management in 2009. In 2008, they briefly studied at Fudan University and University of Science and Technology Beijing. In 2006, they also had a short-term educational experience at Lapland University of Applied Sciences.
