Armen Arustamov

Armen Arustamov is the Founder and CEO of Got it Life, an AI-powered mental health app launched in March 2022, which enhances employee engagement and performance through guided dialogue and psycholinguistic recognition. As a self-employed sports psychologist and mental performance coach since August 2018, Armen has also worked as a freelance business trainer from January 2013 to June 2018, delivering soft skills training to international organizations. Previously, Armen served as the Chief Specialist of the Learning & Development department at Otkritie, focusing on soft skills training, and as a Business Trainer and Field Coach at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, where the coaching department was created and developed. Armen holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University, completed in 2009.
