Déborah Rupert, PhD, serves as an Innovation Advisor at the University of Gothenburg and is the Founder and CEO of Dear Academia, an organization focused on fostering a supportive environment for researchers' wellbeing. With experience as a Teacher for Career Planning for PhD Students at Chalmers University of Technology, Déborah emphasizes the importance of reflective planning in career transitions. Additionally, Déborah operates as a wellbeing and career coach, assisting researchers in navigating career paths, building personal visions, and developing effective job search techniques.
