Robert Melin

Robert Melin currently serves as the Chief of Staff at GOTERRA, leading people and performance while supporting the CEO and Executive team in meeting customer and investor expectations at a circular economy start-up focused on transforming organic waste into agricultural products. Prior to this role, Robert was the Head of People, Talent and Development at Fleet Space Technologies, where responsibilities included strategic talent acquisition and HR management for a geographically dispersed team in the space exploration sector. Previous positions include Head of Talent and Development at Airspeeder, Director at Svea Resource Solutions, Team Leader in IT & Project Services at Clarius/Ignite, Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod Group, and Aptitude Assessment Specialist at Locher Human Resources. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas State University and an Honors degree in Psychology from Flinders University.
