Ilaria Prencipe

Ilaria Prencipe serves as the Head of Global Product Development and U.S. Marketing at GOTHA COSMETICS, a position held since June 2021, following roles as Head of Product Development and Global Product Development Manager within the same company. Prior to GOTHA COSMETICS, Ilaria was Product Development Manager at Wakeup Cosmetics Milano from June 2020 to June 2021, and held various positions at KIKO MILANO from July 2017 to June 2020, including Product Engineer Specialist and Quality Control Specialist. Earlier experience includes working as an R&D chemist at Trendcolor s.r.l. from November 2015 to July 2017, focusing on chemical formulations for make-up products, as well as a stint at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca between 2014 and 2015 as a graduate thesis intern in system biology. Ilaria Prencipe holds a Laurea Magistrale in Biotecnologie from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, earned between 2010 and 2015.
