Nicole Baum

Nicole Baum has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nicole is currently the Director of Business Development at Gotham Greens, where they have been since 2019. In this role, they have led marketing and sales efforts and developed partnerships with various companies. Prior to this, Nicole held roles at Gotham Greens as the Director of Marketing + Partnerships and Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager from 2014 to 2019. Before joining Gotham Greens, they worked as the Marketing Manager & Events Producer for Pop-up Food & Wine Events at Under The Table (UTTBK) Supper Club in 2013. In 2011 and 2012, Nicole worked at MVision Private Equity Advisers as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator, where they handled corporate sponsorship, event management, and operational logistics. Nicole also worked as the Marketing and Publicity Coordinator at YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund in 2010, where they organized fundraising events and created marketing plans. In 2009 and 2010, Nicole co-owned and managed Prosecco Tours, an international food and wine touring company.

Nicole Baum holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. Nicole also attended Italiamo, an Italian Language Immersion School, where they specialized in Italian Language and Literature. Additionally, Nicole pursued studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce, although the specific duration is unknown.
