Grace Geraghty Maxson

Grace Geraghty Maxson has extensive work experience in the creative services field. Grace began their career as a First Impressions Manager at DiMassimo Goldstein (DiGo), where they implemented a digital invoice approval process and developed a new onboarding process. Grace then served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Creative Manager, assisting in the management of the creative department. After that, Grace worked as a Creative Manager at DiGo, where they managed the entire creative department and collaborated with the Chief Creative Officer on client work and new business pitches.

Grace later joined Gotham as a Creative Services Manager, where they managed a department of 20 creatives and oversaw a high volume of global print, digital, and film projects. Grace also developed and tracked project structures and delivery schedules for the creative and broadcast production teams.

Currently, Grace holds the position of Director of Creative Services and Partner at Gotham, where they act as the link between the Creative Department and the rest of the company. Grace thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels in streamlining processes and building relationships to promote outstanding creative work. Grace is also responsible for seamless resource management and fluid operations within the team.

Grace Geraghty Maxson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Kean University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
