Kristin Bailey

Kristin Bailey has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin currently holds the position of Chief Quality Officer at Gothenburg Health since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Lexington Regional Health Center from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Nursing and Quality at Lexington Regional Health Center from 2018 to 2020. Kristin has also worked as the Director of Quality, Risk, and Infection Control at JENNIE M MELHAM MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Hospital Engagement Network Project Manager at Nebraska Hospital Association from 2012 to 2020. Kristin started their career as a Clinical Supervisor at Children's Hospital and Medical Center in 1998 and held the position for 14 years until 2012.

Kristin Bailey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Clarkson College in the years 1995 to 1997. Kristin further pursued their education at Walden University from 2015 to 2018, obtaining a degree in MHA (Master of Health/Health Care Administration/Management).
