Patrik Svensson is an experienced marketing and e-commerce director, currently serving as the Marketing, E-Commerce & CX Director at Gothia Towers since May 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing marketing and customer experience initiatives across all brands and managing a team of 30 specialists. Patrik has held various leadership roles, including Interim Marketing, E-commerce & CX Director and Digital Business & CX Director, focusing on digital transformation and commercial digitalization. Patrik also contributes as a board member for the Digital Marketing Specialist education at IHM Business School and has previous experience at STS Education, Cochlear, and CooperVision, with a solid foundation in marketing, digital strategies, and online communication. Educational credentials include a BS in Marketing from IHM Business School and a BS in Graphic Design/Web-architect from the University of Gothenburg.
