Carsten Obermann

Carsten Obermann is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in electric vehicle battery technology and recycling. Currently serving as Project Manager at Gotion Inc. since March 2023, Carsten previously led the EV Battery Recycling Program at ALBA Group, focusing on business development and implementing circular economy solutions. Carsten's background includes project management roles at Samsung SDI for the AUDI Q8 e-tron battery production, consulting and research assistance at RWTH Aachen University in battery engineering, and participation in research projects between Tsinghua University and Daimler on autonomous driving and sustainable transportation. Carsten holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University, with additional studies at Yonsei University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
