Helena Berggren

Helena Berggren is a seasoned management consultant and educator specializing in organizational development and project leadership. Currently serving as Projektledare och förändringsledare at GotlandsHem and as a consultant with Exceed, Helena has extensive experience in digital transformation initiatives. As the owner and managing consultant of Helena Berggren AB since 2004, Helena provides support at all organizational levels. Helena has also contributed as a guest lecturer at Lunds universitet and as an instructor at IHM Business School, delivering courses in leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship.
