ECHO RESKI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collections and recovery operations within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the VP - Group Collection Head at GOJEK since November 2018, ECHO previously held the position of Vice President at DBS Bank, managing collections and recovery for unsecured loans and mortgages in Indonesia. Prior to that, ECHO was the VP - Head of Unsecured Collection at PT. PERMATABANK, overseeing collections for unsecured products, credit cards, and personal loans. ECHO's career also includes leadership roles at PT. ADIRA QUANTUM MULTI FINANCE as Centralized Collection Head and at ANZ where significant accomplishments in improving delinquency rates were achieved. ECHO's professional journey began at Standard Chartered Bank, holding various managerial positions in collections across different locations. ECHO holds an S1 degree in Industrial Technology from Pembangunan Surabaya Institute of Technology.
