Marjorie Lao

Marjorie Lao is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director across several companies, including Logitech, mytheresa.com, and Quorn Foods, among others. With a strong background in audit committees, Marjorie holds leadership roles such as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee at mytheresa.com and Modern Times Group MTG AB, respectively. Previously, Marjorie was Chief Financial Officer at the LEGO Group and Vice President at Seadrill. Marjorie holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, a Cuisine Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London, and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the University of the Philippines.
