Barbara Schulz has extensive work experience in customer success, customer experience, and relationship management roles. Barbara has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they have been working at GoTo as the Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior to that, they worked at LogMeIn as the Director of Customer Success - International, where they led international success teams and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Before LogMeIn, Barbara worked at Citrix in multiple roles, including Manager of Customer Success EMEA and Senior Key Client Relationship Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Barbara also has experience in sales and account management from their time at HP, Systemfabrik GmbH Germany, and Quest Software. Additionally, Barbara has experience in partner management from their role at V. International. Overall, they have a strong background in customer-centric roles and has consistently worked on fostering customer loyalty and delivering value to clients throughout their career.

Barbara Schulz completed their degree in Business Economy and Hotel Management from the Business & Hotel Management School, which they attended from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they also obtained a degree in Graphic, Art, and Media Design from the Grapic, Art & Media Design school between 1995 and 1997.
