Isabel L.

Isabel L. currently serves as Director of LatAm People Partner at GoTo and has been with the company since February 2022. Previously, Isabel worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at LogMeIn, a role held since August 2019, where also served as a Human Resources Manager. At TELUS International Central America from February 2015 to July 2019, Isabel held the position of HR Business Partner, focusing on business support and human resources strategies, as well as recruitment and selection processes. Earlier career experience includes a temporary role as a Barista at & Café. Isabel is pursuing a Master's degree in Gestion y Desarrollo Estratégico del Talento Humano at Universidad Rafael Landívar, expecting to graduate in November 2024, and holds additional master's degrees in Project Management and a Técnico en Administración de Personal, along with a Licenciatura in Psicología Clínica.
