Katherine Chinchilla

Katherine Chinchilla is a Team Manager for Winback and Retention at GoTo, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Katherine served as a Sales Team Leader and Customer Service Representative at HCL Technologies from March 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at TELUS International from January 2018 to March 2019. Katherine is currently pursuing a degree at Universidad Rafael Landívar, expected to be completed in June 2024.
