Katie Kaley

Katie Kaley is a seasoned professional in analytics and data science, currently serving as Senior Director of Care and Success Analytics & Data Science at GoTo since March 2022. Previously, Katie held leadership roles including Head of Marketing Analytics at Nitro, Inc., and Senior Data Scientist at Imperva. Katie's career began in analytics with positions at TD Bank as Assistant Vice President and Product Information Analyst II, and TPG as Statistical Analyst. Early experience includes a role as Biostatistician II at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Katie holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics, both from Wake Forest University. Their expertise lies in leveraging data to drive customer success and inform strategic business decisions.
