Marissa Findholt

Marissa Findholt has extensive work experience in business systems analysis and project management. Marissa is currently working as a Team Lead in Business Systems Analysis at GoTo since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at GoTo from May 2022 to June 2023. Before joining GoTo, Marissa worked as a Salesforce Project Manager at SM Innovations starting in November 2022. Marissa also worked at LogMeIn as an Internal Operations Lead from January 2020 to January 2022, and as a Business Systems Reporting Analyst from August 2017 to January 2020. At Dell Technologies, Marissa held the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst from March 2017 to August 2017, Business Systems Analyst from August 2016 to March 2017, and participated in the IT Leadership Program from July 2014 to August 2016.

Marissa Findholt has a Master's Degree in Program and Project Management from Brandeis University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business Information Systems from Western New England University from 2010 to 2014. Marissa also briefly studied at Richmond the American International University in 2011, but did not complete a degree there. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL v3 Foundations from APMG-International and various certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Salesforce.com.
