Kayla Ponce

Kayla Ponce is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in administrative support and team leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Grupo Oricteropo Tropical since June 2022, Kayla previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Trajector from August 2018 to June 2022. Kayla's earlier experience includes leading the SME Support Team at Team and Tech, LLC, where responsibilities involved creating standard operating procedures and data reporting. Prior to that, Kayla worked as an Office Manager in a medical setting, overseeing billing and scheduling appointments from August 2006 to November 2017. Additionally, Kayla has experience as a Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree as a Physical Fitness Technician from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
