Norman Berg

Norman Berg has a strong background in business brokerages and M&A intermediation. Norman started their career as the Owner/President of Delta Business Partners in 2000, where they acted as a business broker for sell-side Main Street and buy-side middle market M&A. Norman researched and contacted seller and buyer opportunities, secured contract agreements, and marketed businesses to potential buyers. In 2007, Norman became the Vice President of Gottesman Company, specializing in M&A intermediation for middle market companies. Norman worked with buyers to find target acquisitions and acted as a liaison between buyers and sellers. Prior to their work in the brokerage industry, Norman was the Owner/President of Related Packaging Services from 1982 to 2000. In this role, they ran a manufacturers rep company for the printing and packaging industry, providing sales development, customer service, scheduling, and support for multiple manufacturers.

Norman Berg pursued their undergraduate education at DePauw University from 1972 to 1976. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology and Institutional Management.
