Amy Cooper-Walwyn

Having joined Gottlieb in 1998, Amy is experienced in all aspects of Emergency Physician reimbursement. Amy manages more than 400 employees, who process the complete revenue cycle, and has been instrumental in developing and implementing process controls and procedures that reduce A/R days for their clients. Amy conceptualized an electronic workflow tool that allows her to manage and monitor every aspect of her team’s operations and, in collaboration with their IT team, brought the concept from design to fruition. Amy works closely with their partners and acts as an operational liaison between their partners and their staff.
