Danielle James, Gottlieb’s Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, has more than 9 years of experience in healthcare, including leadership positions in revenue cycle management, operations, process excellence & technology business solutions.

As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Danielle is responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations and optimization of Gottlieb’s revenue cycle platform. Danielle leads a team of individuals who deliver industry leading revenue cycle solutions for their customers. Danielle strives to promote a high-performance culture that translates to an environment of continuous improvement & demonstrated customer outcomes.

Prior to joining Gottlieb, Danielle held leadership roles with One Call, a Jacksonville based, national leader of specialized healthcare solutions for the workers’ compensation industry.

Danielle received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
