Mark Nicandri serves as the Senior Vice President Operations at Gott's Roadside since July 2016. Prior to this, Mark held the same position at Tomatina Restaurants from March 2013 to July 2016. With a history of leadership roles, Mark also served as President at Asqew Grill for over a decade. Starting their career as a Kitchen Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Mark earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1994.

Founded by brothers Joel and Duncan Gott in St. Helena in 1999 and recognized as a James Beard America's Classic, Gott’s Roadside is known for its modern approach to creating California-inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Gott's has expanded to include locations in Napa’s Oxbow Public Market, San Francisco’s Ferry Building and Thrive City at Chase Center, Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, Marin, and a licensed location at San Francisco International Airport.
