Ainsley MacKay

Ainsley Mackay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Vantage since January 2023, Ainsley has previously held significant roles including Ecommerce Commercial Manager at Animates Vetcare NZ from September 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategies to enhance online customer experience. Prior to this, Ainsley was the Ecommerce Trading Manager and E-Commerce Coordinator at Briscoe Group from April 2017 to September 2021, focusing on online revenue growth, performance analysis, promotional tactics, and customer journey optimization. Early in the career, Ainsley gained experience as a Promotions Assistant at MediaWorks NZ. Ainsley holds a Bachelor of Communications in Communication and Media Studies from Massey University, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
