Alexandre Vallette has a long and varied work experience. Alexandre began their career in 2008 as an Engineer at CNRS. In 2009, they moved to Université Pierre et Marie Curie as a Professor Assistant in Physics. In 2010, they became an Inventor at FP Generation, an MIT spin-off designing Fusion Power reactors. In 2011, they worked as a Computational Engineer at Ingéliance, Altep Bordeaux and also as a Design of an optimal engine cooling system at Djayor aviation. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Founder at Snips, a big data innovation firm specialized in predictive modeling for smart cities. Alexandre was also Self Employed as a Mathematical Modeling Architect & Technology Consultant. In 2014, they became a Technologist in residence at The Open Data Institute and a Founder at Ants, an open innovation lab working on data science, design, and open hardware. In 2019, they became a Founder at Gouach.

Alexandre Vallette received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from Ecole normale supérieure in 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in aerodynamics and physics from ISAE-SUPAERO in 2008.
