Ryan Nicotra

Ryan Nicotra is an experienced professional in arts administration and education with a significant background in fundraising and teaching. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in Arts Management at Goucher College, Ryan teaches courses designed around contemporary challenges in the arts sector. Previously, Ryan held leadership roles such as Director of The Gilman Fund at Gilman School, and Associate Director of Annual Giving at McDaniel College, where Ryan successfully engaged diverse stakeholders to advance institutional philanthropic goals. Prior experience includes positions at The Maryland Institute College of Art, Single Carrot Theatre, and BOOM Theatre Co., highlighting expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and program development. Ryan's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Goucher College and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Flagler College.
