Luc Wismans

Luc Wismans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and transport studies. As the Directeur Technologie & Innovatie and Innovatiemanager at Goudappel since May 2019, Luc Wismans leads initiatives in smart mobility and transport innovation. Concurrently, as an Associate Professor at the University of Twente's Centre for Transport Studies since April 2013, Luc Wismans contributes to academic research in traffic systems. Luc Wismans also serves as Co-chair of the ICT cluster for NECTAR, focusing on the intersection of ICT, spatial economy, and transport systems. Previous roles include Program Manager Smart Mobility at Goudappel Group and Vice Managing Director at DAT.Mobility, where Luc Wismans leveraged expertise in data analysis and innovative transport modeling. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Traffic Engineering and an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Twente.
