Abby Mahony

Abby Mahony is an accomplished Associate Attorney at Gould & Ratner LLP, specializing in transactional tax matters since July 2022. Previously, Abby served as an M&A Tax Senior Associate and M&A Tax Associate at KPMG US from July 2019 to June 2022. Abby gained judicial experience as a Judicial Law Clerk and Legal Extern for Honorable Thomas R. Allen and Honorable Diane J. Larsen, respectively, at the Circuit Court of Cook County's Chancery Division from November 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Abby worked as a Law Clerk at Murphy & Hourihane, LLC and interned at the Business Enterprise Law Clinic.
