Jennifer Tolsky

Jennifer Tolsky is a Partner at Gould & Ratner LLP, specializing in wealth and succession planning for families and closely-held businesses since April 2019. Jennifer has extensive experience in estate planning, having previously served as an Associate at Gould & Ratner LLP and Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., where Jennifer focused on client education and development of tax-efficient estate plans. Prior roles include Lead Tax Associate at McGladrey, where Jennifer managed complex tax returns for high net worth individuals and entities, as well as roles as a Volunteer Attorney and Law Clerk, gaining valuable courtroom experience. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has completed accounting studies at DePaul University.
