Matthew Olins

Matthew Olins is a partner and chair of the Business Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Practice at Gould & Ratner LLP since September 2018. With extensive experience in business reorganization, financial restructuring, insolvency, commercial finance, and creditors’ rights, Matthew has previously held the position of partner at Duane Morris LLP from February 2009 to September 2018 and served as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Locke Lord LLP. Matthew obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Kenyon College.
