Khalid Baaballi is an experienced production leader in the bakery industry with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Team Leader in production at Gourmand Pastries since January 2023 and at Crelem Bakeries since December 2021, Khalid has previously held significant roles such as Chef de la planification at IVC Group and Responsable de ligne de production at CHÂTEAU BLANC. At CHÂTEAU BLANC, Khalid managed a semi-automated production line, overseeing raw material management and ensuring production efficiency while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Earlier positions include leading an automated production line at Wepa Lille and supervising a team of operators at BLE D'OR. Khalid holds educational credentials from the Faculté droit, enhancing professional expertise in management and production planning.
