Elizabeth Jasek is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Unit Marketing Manager at Gourmet Dining LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Retail Sales Assistant at B&B Department Stores from June 2016 to September 2022. Additionally, Elizabeth gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern for Gourmet Dining Services while at Rowan University from September 2019 to July 2022. Elizabeth began their career in the Office of University Events at Rowan University as a student staff member from September 2018 to March 2020. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, along with minors in Journalism and Strategic Communications, from Rowan University, where studies took place from 2018 to 2022.
