Blanca Morales

Blanca Morales has extensive experience in procurement, currently working at Gourmet Trading Company since February 2013. Prior to this role, Blanca served as an Administrative Assistant at Central Trading Company from January 1998 to January 2013, gaining valuable experience in the trading sector. Additionally, Blanca has a background in oriental foods, particularly with a focus on seafood, demonstrated by involvement in a seafood HACCP Certified and FDA compliant environment. Educationally, Blanca attended Los Angeles Southwest College from 1993 to 1994.
