Rebecca Church

Rebecca Church is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Partnering & Employee Relations and Head of People (Fulfilment) at Gousto since March 2021, Rebecca previously held the position of Canning HR Business Partner at Princes Limited from November 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Rebecca spent nearly a decade at British Sugar, where roles included Head of People Change and Head of People and Performance, focusing on HR strategy and organizational capability. Rebecca began their career as a Senior HR Consultant at Henderson Global Investors from February 2001 to January 2011. Academically, Rebecca earned a Masters in Industrial Relations and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
