Alyce Shivers has worked in the financial systems field for over a decade. Alyce began their career in 2006 as a Lead Budget Analyst for SPAWAR. In 2010, they were promoted to Deputy Financial Systems Manager for SPAWAR. In 2012, they moved to Gov Solutions Group as a Financial Systems Analyst.
